Carrot Ginger Dressing:


4 large carrots, skinned and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, skinned and chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
1/4 cup water

Skin and chop carrots. Steam carrots until soft. Skin and chop ginger. Add ginger, steamed carrots, sesame oil, tamari, lemon juice, water, coconut sugar and salt to taste. Blend until smooth. Add sesame seeds and serve over your favorite alkaline salad. Enjoy!
